Every other week each member of the lab scans new and sometimes older published articles and writes up a summary of one of them. With this summary in hand we each make a pitch for the paper we chose and why it would be interesting to discuss at lab meeting. Once we have all made our pitch we vote and that is next weeks paper to discuss.
